So, I went to ConnectiCon and I must say it sucked. There were few good panels, and not many good anime to see. The only good thing I really got out of it was Project DIVA. It's hard to play, since the notes are displayed in a weird way and you have to be really precise when pressing. The tiny buttons on the PSP don't help either. Still fun to play though, and the music is good. First song is World is Mine.

Hey, think about it this way. It was probably much better than the small FreeCon that's in my town, which is hosted on the second floor of an on campus university cafe. For the two days it went on, it only had about < 20 panels. And all the good ones were on the first day, which I missed. The game trading post they had there had nothing that interested me, mainly because of the fact that they were all mostly Playstation imports.
The best thing I probably got out of my con was the friendship of a catgirl maid cosplayer, who also happened to be extremely good at Super Smash Bros. You at least were able to meet some well done cosplayers, right?

Nope. Only a few good cosplays there.
